Rodborough School is seeking to appoint a Head of Year who will have a positive impact in this important middle leadership role. As Head of Year, you will be responsible for overseeing the achievement, progress and pastoral care of a specific year group, and you will lead and inspire a team of dedicated tutors.

We are looking for a classroom practitioner who shares our passion for pastoral care and who loves the subject they teach, enjoys working with young people, can help students dream big and achieve their goals, brings optimism, resilience and warmth to the role, thrives on the challenge of continual improvement, brings energy, creativity and commitment to our school community.
